We’re LM Fitness. We pride ourselves on being accessible to everyone, welcoming to all and
a supportive community. We provide 1 hour coached sessions which is designed to be suitable
for all abilities from beginners to the more athletic among you. We also provide Workouts of the
Day (WOD’s), military circuits to body weight High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). There is
something for everyone. 1 to 1 personal training sessions are designed for if there are areas
you’d specifically like to target, or even if you just need that extra push and motivation.
