We’re LM Fitness. We pride ourselves on being accessible to everyone, welcoming to all and
a supportive community. We provide  1 hour coached sessions which is designed to be suitable
for all abilities from beginners to the more athletic among you. We also provide Workouts of the
Day (WOD’s), military circuits to body weight High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). There is
something for everyone. 1 to 1 personal training sessions are designed for if there are areas
you’d specifically like to target, or even if you just need that extra push and motivation.

Maximise your results and complete bespoke workouts that have been expertly put together based on your goals. One on one sessions with a dedicated trainer and the option to receive personalised nutrition plans.

group
training.

Our group classes run multiple times throughout the day, giving flexibility to when you train. Our trainers will work hard to keep you and the group motivated, allowing you to go at your own pace whilst maximising on encouragement from the rest of the group!

open
gym.

An opportunity to do you, Open Gym is allocated slots for members to come and train at their leisure. Check the timetable and plan your next training session!
